Is Blue Origin Going to Take Over Vulcan?

Vulcan, ULA has an agreement with the US military to launch 60% of national security payloads from 2023 to 2027. I think that Blue Origin is probably the most interesting thought as far as buying this thing out. You've got a company, Blue Origin that hasn't made it to orbit yet, buying out a company potentially that makes it to orbit every single time. That is going to feed more than a little bit of Jeff Bezos' ego.
