Shinali: David Solomon gave a 10 minute presentation at the beginning and he took almost an hour worth of questions at the end. He said there was some clear success, but also some clear stumbles. Do you think that he was able to move the needle on morale in his own positioning amongst his firm? Shinali: The idea here being that this is one company even though there are different divisions here. And so it's only recently that asset and wealth have become more of the jewel in the room here.
