Scottish Independence - What Happens if the Scottish Parliament Refuses to Give Consent?

The S&P confronts in Westminster a government that simply refuses to budge and says there is no possibility of an agreement. Nicholas Sturgeon has said that she thinks that if she wins a majority in the Scottish Parliament that will be a mandate for another independence referendum. There are a set of legal questions about that as Kenneth was saying that will then go eventually to the Supreme Court. If you hold a referendum that is not agreed by all parties one risk is that the other side boycotted. This is obviously why having a an agreed referendum on the model of 2014 was undoubtedly the best way forward.
