I think we've lost an ability to disagree with each other, but do it in a civil way. I find that there's a generational thing going on by young people. They seem to think that anyone who contradicts their worldview is some kind of enemy and there can be no middle ground. In a way, the ultra woke left have become a bit like the fascists they profess to hate most.
