Is There an Opportunity for Japan to Lead?

Japan is probably ten or 20 years ahead of many other developed countries when it comes to depopulation. There are opportunities here for japan to lead as it becomes the first country to really grapple with the declining population, says alex martin. If they export that idea to other shrinking nations, i think that could be more like a cultural export, perhapsalix thinks.
