I'm sticking to my healthy body, gos, healthy mind. Is really hard when you're tired. I beat myself up for not working out. In a lot of ways, and there are exceptions, but there are more types of workouts that increase your energy than there are type of workouts that decrease your energy. A ten minute walk outside. It's not going to deplete you, right? It is probably going to energize you. Same thing with ten bodyweight squats before you take a bath an break. So seek those solutions instead of saying, is it just that i'm being lazy, or i'm just really tired?"
