How to Recreate Late Night for Streaming?
James Corden's show didn't feel to me like a traditional late night talk show only in that it feels orchestrated to just manufacture viral moments on a weekly basis. I mean, if you could host a show once a week instead of four days a week, who wouldn't want to do that? Netflix hasn't figured it out really. HBO has John Oliver. Paramount would love to have some kind of a late night type show that works on streaming. They want something that will fill that spot, but also work on streaming and play multiple times a week. That's the real challenge now.
