The Other Side of Financial Independence
This real estate market is a result of very different factors than the run up that happened in two thousand six, two thousand five. Are there areas in the country where this may be a little overvalued? Perhaps. But i don't think that would change my investing decisions. We've been having some really interesting discussions lately about the other side of financial independence. That's kind of an interesting thing that's going on right now in some of the people that we're working with.
