The supreme court has voted to overturn 19 73 ro v wade, handing abortion laws back to the states. The 79 page opinion was written by justice samuel olido with a separate concurring opinion by justice brett cavanagh. Alido wrote: 'It is time to heed the constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people's elected representatives' Chief justice john roberts did not join the majority.
