How to Encourage Your Senior Pastor

You probably know your pastor's love language and, you know, respond to him or her in that way. Whether it is a Red Bull before the last service, be like, hey, I know there's three this weekend, you're probably fried. If they're giving, give them that Red Bull. Don't expect your senior pastor to be pouring a bunch into you this weekend.
