The Future of Hospitality in the United Kingdom
The next project is very much more national. The idea was that in my original book I had really hoped to do a comparative project that brought the UK into the conversation and I was prevented from doing so because of the travel ban but also because it really became apparent that the United States really needed a stop and think moment. That's the next book which I'm currently working on. It's very early days.
