The End of Labor for Artists

I think it is the idea that it will be the end of labor for these artists. My heart says that giving people access to make creative work faster and easier is the history of the computer industry. When kids get an iPhone, they do not open numbers or pages. They open a camera and they start making art. And so, there's a part of this where I think the nature of being an artist needs to get more specialized because all these things can do is make derivatives of what came before that cannot make new things. That's going to be the value that we as humans provide the world, I think, for a long time to come.
