If you started reading the federal register today, by the time you finished, three years would have elapsed. You've left off state local rules, or even more of those than are in the federal register. So we make these arguments, all three of us about the problems with government and politicians trying to rule us. But certainly there's some point at which some form of governmental authority is necessary.
