How to Use Large Language Models to Improve Your Productivity

The big three questions that came up from so many of these answers were around fine tuning embeddings or inference. When does the ROI and cost trade off happen for open AI API's versus open source is it when you're serving 5,000 users versus serving 500,000 users? How do you decide where to use large language models and who in the organization is helping champion this  and then we have a few stories from the participants that i wanted to talk about because i think you will get a few laughs out of it!
