The Fed's Spread Over the Last 25 Years

In 2000, the S&P 500 sold off at least 50%. We had it again as the Fed started to raise interest rates in that period up until 2018. Here we are, we're up 8%. And look at the spread. Look where we are right now, 339 in the 10-year and 5% in the Fed funds rate. That might be something to keep a really close eye on relative to people who are expecting the Fed to cut.
