Is a Three Month Old Unborn Human Fetus the Same Moral Worth as a Newborn?

A six month old unborn human fetus has the same moral worth as a newborn? I would be of the view because I would not be in that 13%. It seems to me that there is a development of growth over time from an embryonic stage from a blastocyst embryo.
