Is the Portfolio a Good Validator for Investors?
We sold $5 billion of real estate last year above our marks, which we think is a very good validator. Our cash flow and b-read grew 13% last year or year to date, 65% higher than public reeds. We also had this big hedge in place on interest rates, which generated more than 4 billion of value. And I would just point out on the public reeds, David, they tend to trade at times well above net asset value and then well below.
