The Tide Is Turning in Congress Regarding the Extension of Copyright

A few years ago, Congress did not extend copyright. Is the tide still sort of turning when it comes to congressional action regarding the extension of copyright? I mean, I think there's kind of a stalemate. But because Congress has done so little legislating now, it's just it always goes to the courts.
