Advanced Care Planning

The form that i think a patients filling out are like their advanced directive, which says what kind of treatment they would or wouldn't want am based on their health status. And then there's a then they designate a health care agent or health care proxy. It's called a bunch of dfferent things. O, so those, what you're talking about is like, adding a little bit more, like rich u, you know, background what the patient values and things like that to this process. This is the expanding definition of advanced care planning that we're kind of getting into.
