Priests and Levites and Pharisees - Is There Anything More Than That?

A priest happened to be going down the same road. And when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So to a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him passed by onthe other side. I don't think that Jesus is simply wanting to just trash on priests and Levites in this story.
