The Leaky Pipeline

There's an issue wifh not having a sense of community and a sense of belonging. One reason you lose a lot of students, its because they were the big fish in a small pond at their high school. When you have students who come from high schools where they didn't have to ever take a book home, they don't know how to take notes. And that is just as important as i know how to integrate and take a derivative. We want you all here in four years but i need to give you some tools to be successful.
