I will defer far too much to people with experience and expertise. I don't think we should beat ourselves up for making mistakes that other people don't make. Nobody really knows what they're doing. Ask them for help and keep yourself a break from time to time. You know, maybe it's not going to be career-ending if we make a mistake.
