Many young people think that they know exactly what they want, and don't know what they don't know at this point. Try to understand really what the expectations are, whether it's going to be something that you like. I have a young nephew who is one of those computer geniuses and was recruited at 18 for Microsoft and then was stolen by Visio. And we're seeing a lot of that in technology.
