How to Rank States by Population in Acres

You've done Rhode Island, Hawaii, West Virginia, North Dakota, Connecticut, Maine, Ohio, Utah, Delaware, and Alaska. Is there a method to that? Are you going in a certain order? Do you have the next 40 states mapped out? So I made this very loose scatter plot of each state by population in acreage. It's actually the population that determines how many fields there are so far.
