The case is a little bit different than what you think of as a jury trial for a normal case in Australia, say. But all of the judges are lawyers with legal training. So they're really trying to interpret the law in this advisory opinion. And then there's a process where the judges will go back and provide what is an authority to put a positive opinion on the interpretation of this question.
