I Feel Like It's Such a Different Environment Than Oh and You Don't Have to Do It on Your Own
As a teacher I always felt I had to be the best no matter what like it was on me to do everything better you're always working to be better. Having adults in the room is such a change in dynamic that teachers do not realize that they are missing. Not every job is going to have as much collaboration so it is going to be very dependent on what your role is.
