A. A. Ritn's work seemed to be timely or have bearing on a contemporary time, but none the less, it seemed like he really was speaking to our time. His theorizing about sovereignty and emergency kind of sets us up for the pandemic. And so maybe you could talk about that, because i think this is an important set up for why his speaking out during the pandemic might reveal both why people were suddenly listening to this famous philosopher.
