Is There a Risk Assessment of Race?
In law, for example, it can matter what the intent of something is. It's not easy to make a claim of discrimination about patterns in our criminal system. We see racially biased outcomes coming out of bail decision making in this country without risk assessment. And so, you know, judicial officers have race in front of them every day.
