The Importance of Intention in Business
In the early days of tailwind, we were really good at saying like that's not our customer. So when I'm working on something like tailwind I'm trying to make the thing that I want and I hope that enough other people like it that it can work. It's very easy following this trap of like optimizing for like growth that you don't need. But sort of the purity of the art matters to me, you know And it's so seductive though, but the money part in particular has been a big problem with Tailwind.
