Great companies design their rituals like they design their products, ine they design their aps. One of the things i think that great teams do is get everybody's viewpoint. We we run hakathons at koda a once a quarter, actually, our next ones will be next week. And it's amazing what it does because most people dod't use this metric - you can't ship anything if there's no velocity.
