The Killing of John Chow

The killing of john chow raised a unique ethical questionh was, by definition, murdered. However, those responsible for his death were extremely isolated from modern society and oblivious to the laws that govern it. Most members of the public believed the blame for john's murder lay entirely at his own feet,. as it was well known that they violently resisted outsiders.
