How to Set Yourself Up for Success With Small Tasks

If there's a log seeking functioning day, it's on the list. Not putting 500 tasks on your to-do list. If they're not simple, then you break them down again. And attaching the time to the task, I think you're right. It's so helpful. One of the things I often say to clients is if you don't know how long it's going to take, then estimate it and then double that time.
