The Market Is More Risky Than It Was in 2008 or in 2020
The market today is considerably more risky than it was in 2008 or in 2020. The last time the yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury was this high, it was in June of 2008. It caused the failure of Lehman Brothers and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. But we have the same toxic situation today, only it's much worse than anything that was experienced in 2008.
