There is plenty of stuff in terms of training. You won't be able to get enough immigrants to staff the entire like semiconductor manufacturing workforce or battery manufacturing workforce. There are not enough. So you've got to train people locally, but at the same time, how are they going to do it? It's a very embodied kind of manufacturing. And so you learn from the people who know how to do it. Right. This is called tacit knowledge. TAS it knowledge.
