The War Between the Right Wings and the Germans

In 1919 Winthrop Bell says there's absolutely no chance that there can be another great war fought by the Germans right away. There were hundreds of thousands of right wing troops mercenary troops who kind of had these governmental connections they could and then they were also funded by various industrialists and things like this so this army was strong enough to fight against these new democracies and to win without if Britain did not help them. But what their balls warning in 1919 was that it would take a generation for these militaries to be in a position to fight another war but it's clear that that was their intention. They were almost foreshadowing the Hitler youth that's still 10, 15 years away essentially.
