"I just found that was happening more than I was going out and exercising, right? So even though I had this time allocated, it wasn't really working," she says. "So I thought, okay, let's shake it up, let's do it, flip it on its head and I'll go out in the morning." She adds: "It's much better and it's so nice. I go out and I ride my bike or I go for a run ... to have that is a blessing"
