Nikocado's Final Video Captures a Woman Screaming in Terror

The infamous YouTube muckbang star, Nikocado, Avocado, made a video yesterday in which him and his husband eat Burger King. At the 34 minute mark, you can clearly hear what sounds like a woman screaming in terror. Neither Nikocado or his husband appear to notice as the audio is coming from the background. Video captures the audio of a woman screamed in what is said to have been a stabbing. Is there any way to verify this?
