Omar Edmond spent a lot of afternoons on his grandmother's balcony with her and her neighbors. Across the street from her apartment, there was a garden, a kilometer long green space tucked between two roads. Now, Sito spends most of her days on the balcony staring at the place where the garden used to be.
It started with a few cones and a cryptic sign.
