The Alternative to Voluntary Acceptance

acceptance is not approval. It first acknowledges that this is not good, right? And the second thing to get acknowledged is it's that I don't want this. Jesus even acknowledges that, right? He doesn't cover up his heart, his feelings, his desires and say, like, well, I'm fine. That's what we do, right? Like we even when we're trying to accept something, we're like, it's okay. We wish it were otherwise. The alternative to voluntary acceptance is the decision to resist reality, which doesn't get us anywhere.
