The Phantoms and the Empirical Factors.
We need to validate every measure in a standardized phantom. The ndors do not carry them, or if they do, they package them as a black box. And there's these perimeters that are called a, ah, ah, whatsit? Empirical factors. They're just fudge factors that change so that you can kind of get the right number. I'd really like to understand, to help people understand, that we need an ap store. We need something that's a market place for different kind of quantitative emorite prmeters.
