Introduction
The author does a twice-a-week strength work out. One day it's in the morning, and the other day it's like four 30 in the afternoon. The more aggressive he gets, the bigger the risk that he pushes himself too hard during his prime workout time. But then also, i feel like i'm not always able to push it as hard in the afternoon when i'm mentally gas.
