The Death Penalty in Pennsylvania

I mean, maroon missed the death penalty by a hair's breadth because he got sentenced in a moment when politically, his judge knew that the us. Supreme court was very likely to suspend the death penalty for the entire united states and bring it back. The only reason he doesn't get the death penalty is because a lot of those people who got the death penalty ended up finding a way to get parole later. They did not want him to ever see freedom at the time that he was sentenced. And until we rise up and say, we are not any safer
