You Don't Have to Make a Roux to Make Mac and Cheese
If you add flour directly to your pasta, if you measure it right, you do not have to make a roux. And I recommend making mac and cheese and most pasta sauces at home, not professionally in a non-stick potter pan. Because that's at least 45 minutes of cleaning over two day period. It's actually way worse than a spelling.
