New York City has an anti bias law that is kicked into effect. If you are a company and you use AI for hiring practices or promotion practices, you now have to adhere to some pretty strict rules on disclosing it. They're saying if you're going to use AI to hire people, you need to make sure that you are measuring everything about how that process happens. And we want to know who is the number one group of people who get promoted based off of this AI who was the group that is the least promotable based off ofthis AI.
