Is There a Warmup Effect in Heavy?

The warmup effect would be that would you have an actual break between these stages? So that's why you would see a warmup effect also in subsequent stages, in stage two and stage three and so on. And yeah, the protocol we use does have it's an intermittent step protocol. But even just considering even if it's a continuous without any break, if we're just considering where is the SMO2 at that steady state during, you know, the last couple minutes of each work stage, that's kind of where we're talking about.
