How to Buy a New Position
Billy asked us when it comes time to buy a new position, do you guys ever looked at which sectors are taking a beating recently and then look for the best dividend stocks in that sector? No, not really, but I've been buying lately insurance stocks. Why? Because insurance was beaten down, but I was still looking at the more at the screener and just insurance stocks started to pop up. So why worry about chasing sectors and just look at the stocks? And we often say, we know when the energy sector is beaten up, because we see the portfolio. Yeah. It's actually quite nice to pay decent dividends, really good history. That's one that we missed.
