The Third Criteria of a Responsible Social Science

Social social science need to take these three criteria and put them into play in order to, i would put this way, map the landscape of our social turrain. He wants to move from a theory that tries to predict where society's going to go towards one that attempts to illuminate what is it that we can do right now which satisfies these three criteria. The sort of utopian aspect of this is, ok, so we can imagine a world where the clouds are made out of cotton, candy, money rains from the sky,. But as far as i'm aware, we don't have the technology for that. So we shall probably be aware of our structural institutional constraints.
