What Makes Exploitation Bad?

I'm assuming that exploitation is intrinsically linked to the idea of injustice. In which case what makes an example of exploitation a really bad example? I think we could quite quickly explain why it is that the exploitation of an impoverished worker is far worse than the exploitation of a millionaire. The surplus value extracted from the millionaire may be great multiples of the surplusvalue extracted from this impoverished worker. It isn't on the whole what I believe no. When it comes to people's bodies and the parts thereof it would be wrong to stop them from selling body parts if that's what they want to do.
