The goal of a training program is one progressive overload. So you can't just start adding in hours and hours of zone to training, because the rest of your week will be affected by it. We've said that many times a the prodcast told me that i can do as many zone two kilometers as i want. Yes, i did say that. But, but you have to actually progress from from adding ten minutes warm up, ten minutes cool down,. not going straight to forty five warm up, forty five cool. You'll take a long time to recover from that.
