Is Metal Label Really Successful?
In an individualistic world, what matters is how many followers do i have? How many people listen to my broadcast? Is like an individualist's way of thinking. What we're moving towards is a world where we are creating the institutions of the 20 first century and the next several centuries that are gong to be based on on line kind of first principles. In that world, creative people need a kind of a squad structure to work together. And so in that world, it's in that world that i think a metal label, or a structure very much like it, becomes incredibly important - because he's ultimately become new sources of income and solidarity for they're members.
